We will do a walk-thru of the property and discuss your needs, expectations, budget and your time-line. We will make suggestions for ways in which you can make your home stand out from the rest. You can purchase a "Top 10" Report for an additional $150.
 

“Do It Yourself” Action Plan

The “Do It Yourself” (DIY) Action Plan is an extensive 30+ page report detailing all of the actions your Simplicity Home Design Consultant would take to transform your home, as well as vendor recommendations, plus tips and tricks from the pros. We give you the expertise so you can take the time to do the packing and staging yourself.
 

Full Day Staging - (prices vary per square footage)

Whether you home needs just a little extra attention and expertise or an entire day of transformation, you won’t believe the difference home staging can make.
 

We will review the home, diagram and map out furniture and plan accessories for maximum impact.  We will coordinate with our furniture rental company to select the perfect pieces to showcase your home.  We will spend 1-2 days to insure smooth furniture delivery & complete the look by adding additional accessories.  We will spend an additional day "de-staging" & insuring smooth pick up of the rental furniture.  There is a 3 month minimum.
 

Staging to Live - (prices vary depending on project)
A consultation will be performed to include a detailed walk-through of a single room or the entire home, depending on what the homeowner wants to achieve. We will discuss needs, budget, expectations, and desired changes to the style, atmosphere, and functionality of rooms to be completed. The scope of the work can simply include de-cluttering, rearrangement of furniture, changes in accessories and color, or a totally new look. After the consultation, the homeowner will be presented with a redesign plan to make the necessary changes. If you so desire, we can schedule the redesign makeover and do the work together, or we can leave you a Redesign Action Plan to complete the changes at your convenience
